| Comment | It's vital that California SORES transition to zero emissions to reduce air and noise pollution and to make the state safer and healthier for all. Important too that for small businesses who are dependent on such engines (i.e. gardeners/landscapers, etc). a system of financial assistance be created to help reduce the cost of transitioning to zero emissions equipment.
