Gas powered blowers have been outlawed for many years with no
enforcement.  Maintenance companies have known this and have just
been trying to get away with it for as long as possible.  And they
will continue to delay until the last possible moment.  So even if
you move the date forward, it will not cause folks to purchase new
equipment until the deadline.  So demand will not be created and we
will be in the same exact position 4 years later.
