Dear Sirs;  this is the worst idea ever.  For any small business
owners it will put us all out of business. We in the Landscape
business servicing large residential properties will not have the
ability as it will be cost prohibitive for us to remain in
business. Secondly the infrastructure will not be able to handle
the additional load in electric usage, as it can not be handled at
this time.  In Southern California during the summer months we
experience numerous BROWN OUTS.  How do you expect us to be able to
work using only electrical when there is not even enough power to
sustain regular needs for homeowners.

Please reconsider this.
