Dear Air Resources Board:

Dear Air Resources Board,

This is going to be a very hardship for our small business.  The
reason is the technology is not ready to accommodate the way we
operate.  We have no outlet available to power and recharge the
batteries as we are operating outside only and in remote areas
where there is no outlet.  It would not be very cost effective at
all.  We would need to buy a lot of batteries which is very costly.
 We perform a lot of public works performing revegetation in remote
areas and we need a generator to power our shovel to dig and
trench. We need to do weed abatement and use our weedeater for
hours.  We would not have enough batteries to finish the job in a
day or use our chainsaws.  Our lawn mowers would not even last all
day when we have to mow turf areas that have been repaired and
reseeded for the school districts.
