| Comment | It would be impossible to get the job done here at LBCC. We need an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM of a solid 12 hours of constant power to operate and maintain operations and facilities. We have already partially converted to battery power. It just does not have the ability to run and sustain the consistency that is needed. |
