If this proposal is passed as it is presented , I would like to be
the first person to go to Jail for 6 months for failing to allow a
shop to check my tire pressure, I have an Engineering Degree and I
think I am more than capable of checking my tire pressure, as a
matter of fact I run my tire pressure on the high side of the
recommended specs for better mileage .   Tire shops will not fill
my tires to the pressure I  inflate them to , because of liability
(possible lawsuit). The tire pressure on the sticker on the car is
designed to allow the car to perform well in all conditions, but
not necessarily for the best MPG.

 I this bill gets passed , please sign me up for 6 months free
rent , since I have unemployed for the past 2 years. Also after the
40,000 prisoners gets released, you will not need high security at
the prisons because the new prisoners will be Engineers like me.
You now could use the prison staff to keep an eye out for the
40,000 prisoners that  will be in the streets.
