| Comment | This is an example of government run amok. Have your experts calculated the expected reduction in global warming that would accrue from this policy. For an unmeasureable effect you are going to impose burdensome regulations on all the citizens or should I say occupants of California. Education is fine, regulation is ridiculous. More importantly, if you wake up from your czarist fantasies, you may realize that the so-called scientific consensus around global warming is starting to crumble. Save yourselves the effort and in a few years you can find some regulations to curb global cooling. |
