This is nonsense.  Californians are tired of having to jump through
hoops everytime these bureaucrats get a wild hair up their butts. 
If this regulation (rule? mandate? cross to bear?)is adopted, we'll
have to carry around additional paperwork to prove that we're "in
compliance" with yet another law/regulation dreamed up by the
GASBAGS at CARB.


Bureaucrats and politicians don't care about you, me or the
environment; they aren't trying to clean up pollution--
THEY ARE POLLUTION!  We need to KILL CARB before it drains
us of what little joy we have left in our over-regulated lives.


I'd rather breathe polluted air than live my life trying to be "in
compliance" with the whims of these bureaucrats who
have become our public masters.
