Congratulations on illustrating just one of the problems that has
gotten our state in the current financial mess we are in.  At a
time when we are getting ready to release 1000's of criminals out
of our prisons, due to the lack of funding, you geniuses are
proposing regulations that would put people in prison for not
keeping their tires correctly inflated.  How many millions of
taxpayers’ dollars did you waste to come up with this one?  I own a
small air compressor which I use to check my tire pressure.  How am
I supposed to document this action in order to meet your
regulations?  I strongly urge you to not proceed with this useless
regulation.  Maybe a cap on wasteful boards created by our
government in order to fulfill the fantasies of various special
interest groups would be more useful legislation.
