I can't believe that the well educated people at the ARB are
wasting our money coming up with these ridiculous ideas that are so
insignificant to the overall green house gases caused by cars. 

Really, they actually spent time, effort and money to redraft
this? Dont we currently have an honor system with people checking
their own tire pressure? 

What will be next, regulating oil changes, cause a car with fresh
oil will reduce friction on the engine, thus causing the engine to
run smoother and work less therfore reducing greenhouse gasses?  

Please stop creating more rules, regulations and start using
COMMON SENSE. We the people are tired of the nonsense being created
by the ARB. Please use your efforts to go after things that will
make a difference. Think big picture, polluting companies etc.

Also, if you added up the money wasted by the ARB on these
regulations, how many trees could have been planted, think about
how much more clean air could have been created by using that money
and the efforts to plant thousands of tress instead of making it
harder to live in California.
