The members of the board that vote on this are too ignorant to be
passing regulations for the public.  Do you realize that air
expands when it is heated and that it is heated when the vehicle is
driven.  How long is someone supposed to wait for the air to cool
down before the pressure is checked by the air police?  Are all
drivers in California to take their vehicle to the garge once a
month and wait for the air to cool so the pressure can be taken
accurately?  Who is to pay for the lost time, the space at the
dealership/garage - or are you under the impression that our gas
stations have attendants that handle these matters?  Those not in
the government bureaucracy handle these matters ourselves instead
of having a driver to take care of the details.

If you are so wrong on something as simple as thing, you
definitely should not be passing regulations of any kind.  Please
resign and don't refill the positions.
