This legislation is in my opinion ridiculous. 
It can’t be argued that a properly inflated tire it safer and more
fuel efficient.  To do something like this under the guise of
greenhouse gas emission reduction is laughable. Where is there ANY
data indicating an appreciable change in global greenhouse
emissions will result?

To impose regulations and fines associated to checking tire
pressure is just another way for the state government to reach into
our pocket.

•	Businesses will have to buy manuals and specific tools to
support this legislation and this will be an ongoing cost as the
tool will wear and need to be replaced.
•	Vehicle owners will incur cost for these checks to be
performed.
•	I’m sure the state will be implementing fines on businesses and
vehicle owners that are not compliant with this regulation.

Please spend your time and our tax dollars on something that will
make a positive and noticeable impact on the quality of life for
the average Californian.
