| Comment | You cannot be serious? You want to fine/jail people for not properly inflating their tires, which they obviously won't be able to do themselves, but will have to get done by a state sponsored and CARB certified outlet. This is an absolute infringement upon my rights! I, and many other Californians cannot continue to be nickled and dimed by this state and live here. |
