I maintain my vehicles in tip-top condition because it makes good
economic sense, I love the environment and I want clean air. 
However, your proposal to force people to check their tire
pressures under threat of fine and jail is insulting and
heavy-handed.  I don't know how you managed to get that kind of
intrusive regulatory power, but you certainly aren't doing any good
with it by promoting this regulation.  It sounds nuts.  Is that
your desired public image???

To treat the citizens with such unbridled contempt is just so
unbelievably arrogant!  The whole CARB needs to be overhauled and
its members replaced with some Californians who don't think the
rest of the state is populated with ignorant sheep.

There is no global warming, so your entire basis for action is
fraudulent.
