To Whom It May Concern

Some of you on this board are doctors and lawyers, I do not how
some of you have such high educations can be so stupid that the
best you can come up with is this Left wing nanny BS. I’m not
willing to give up my rights in the name of global warming AKA the
new buzz word climate change. 
Abuse of this regulation is impossible to control just look at
smog checks that system is total out of control. The benefit of
this regulation is so small it not worth the effort, in fact this
regulation will be struck down in court, just like the it was when
the highway portal was doing safety checks of cars in the state.
Like I said and the beginning some of you are highly educated you
need to use your brains and come up with better ways to reduce
global warming. 
Now in the first time we had global warming we did not have cars
and Industry and we get through that one without the AQMD
controlling our lives, I don’t think we need you today for this
one.
