| Comment | Sorry, NO. No. NO. NO. You're going A Bridge Too Far on this one. The proposed regulation is absurd on its face. Impractical, extremely burdensome on the consumer and without significant potential effect on the environment. It makes me wonder if there is anything ever proposed by the CARB staff that was considered too stupid to make it to the proposal stage. If this goes through I'll lose all respect for CARB. |
