Once again you want to spend a ridiculous amount of tax payer money
on a program that will produce very little results or benefits. 
You make small business have to buy a special gauge (which is
ridiculous considering you passed out a "lesser" gauage at the CA
state fair which would imply that you had no problems with it). You
put a potential liability on small business. 

It will only slightly reduce fuel efficiency or reduce gases
anyway.

In fact, there is already a federal program that deals with the
tire pressure issue and I bet you anything that they haven't seen
significant numbers that it's doing much of anything.

After reading your "program", I think that PSI should stand for
Pretty Stupid Initiative.  The only pressure you know about is that
you have to come up with some ridiculous program to satisfy your
deadline.

Here's a thought, how about you fix the potholes on the street. I
can guarantee you that it would save way more money spent on tires
and lives.

And by the way, CO2 concentrations continue to increase yet
temperatures have been falling since 2002.  We're in a global
cooling trend....not global warming.  The earth tends to go through
phases were it cools and warms up......idiots.  I don't even know
why I'm wasting my breath.  The term business acumen doesn't apply
to California in any way, shape, or form.
