Your regulations are putting a severe financial burden on small
operators who can not get financing for newer TRU's or tractor
trailers.When did the USA become the US of California?And you
people can not understand why your state is BANKRUPT!All you are
doing is putting the small carrier out of Business.We don't qualify
for any type of Grants to become compliant! But big carriers have
people who help them secure grants for equipment,personal !! You
people have forgotten it was the small businessman or woman who
struggled to bring you the food you eat and everything else you use
DAILY and what thanks do we get? WE GET IT STUCK IN OUR RUMPS so
when you don't have us to carry your TAX BURDEN on our BACKS so how
far you can stick it to the BIG CARRIERS,most of them PAY LITTLE OR
NO TAX AT ALL!!!
