Comment | Please see the attached Solar-Electric-Charging-Stations that will be marketed here in Florida and California very soon. Please try and provide incentives for such charging stations and electric vehicles to network their capacitive energy back into the electric grid, and vice versa.. As you well know, by now electric vehicles can input additional capacitive and stored battery energy into the grid during the day (during peak hours of energy demand) then at night these same cars can replenish their electrical battery's to re-supplemet and charge the electric vehicles battery banks when demand is lower and cheaper at night.. As you can see with the attached Solar Electric Recharging type Carports, that electrical energy from the grid would be decreased tremendously, if these types of solar powered carports were installed, incentivised and networked with electric vehicles through bi-directional inverters. These attached bi-directional inverters would either put energy into the grid from the electric cars, networking and load sharing peak hour demand through the carports solar powered roof panels or re-charge the batterys of an electric vehilce reducing traditional electrical energy supplied from the electrical grid. This energy load balancing process benefits all parties involved in the supply chain, regardinng electrical grid load balancing. This balance of energy and conservation should be seen in light of any future ammendents you decide to implement with this policy and can encourage managable and sustainable electric vehicles for a very controlled, responsibile electrical load balancing policy. As you can see, solar power (as shown with the attached layout and example)that infrastructure is just one step away from a carbon neutral reality. This element of neutrality with hybrids and full electric vehicles needs to be adovacted in a positive light to encourage and empower citizens, director agencies, car manufacturers and Govt. to do the right thing, in implementing electric vehicle incentives and reducing carbon emissions simultaneously.. ...even though I am not a resident of California..your state sets a precedent for all other states to follow and must lead in the promotion and encouragment of electric vehicle regulation (to an extent.. and only through incentives)that produce results that inform and encourage informed citizens and car manufacturers to build more sustainable cars that is of moral direction to promote future sustainability. Concerned citizens should have the right to control their energy networking and conservation of their vehicles with the electrical grid as both voluntary and/or mandatory controls. Please consider these rules or future rules in your agencys policys.. Signed, Concerned Citizen |
