| Comment | Global Warming is a fact of life and time is the enemy. We need Smart Meter as mandatory law tied to the PHEV options now to give it life. I can see, in the near future, solar pannels priced at a $1.00/watt, making the home as the net energy PROVIDER as is demonstrated by the website called Architecture 2030.
