| Comment | Please do not retreat another step in implementing Zero emissions regulations! While I applaud the new requirements for the "Enhanced AT PZEV" category, it must not infringe on the demand for your mandate, ZEVs. You have given the auto manufactures too many concessions in time frame and quantities. At the current rate, by 2014, we will have only 3% of the original number of ZEVs mandated by 2003!
