| Comment | Reducing greenhouse gases should be one of California's most urgent and important priorities. Unfortunately, auto makers are dragging their bumpers on this issue and we the people need CARB to give them a jump-start. I strongly urge the Board to require the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for 2012-2014. Also, I support the adoption of a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets them replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather than the cleanest ZEVs. Thank you. |
