CARB members have the chance to do something that may not benefit
themselves, but would definitely benefit those coming behind
them--including their own children and grandchildren, friends and
neighbors.  You can save the electric car.

Please do not vote to cut out, by 90%, the proposed number of
ZEV's required to be built.  Please make sure that all 25,000
vehicles will be made.  Other states look to California for
guidance.  If we vote to make ZEV's required of automakers, other
states will follow suit.  

Who knows for certain which technology will prove to be the best? 
If you slow the process down or stop it altogether, you will have
to live with the knowledge that it could have been done better and
you had the chance to be on the forefront of the push?  Please give
ZEV's the full benefit of the doubt and vote to keep the number at
the maximum.  Lives may depend on it.  We ask you to be our voice.
