| Comment | Dear California Air Resources Board, As a citizen concerned about the environment, global warming, and the future of the earth, I am writing to ask that you continue your support for the environment by requiring the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for 2012-2014 and by creating a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets them replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather than the cleanest ZEVs.
