I have an idea that will help you obtain more and cheaper land. It is to repeal or override local zoning laws which establish minimum size for houses to allow tiny houses and/or override laws that restrict the number of people allowed to live in any home or apartment. People also should be allowed to live in tents to allow more space for their organic garden. Food scraps can be buried in gardens in cities instead of thrown into the garbage & transported to the dump.
