Please find attached the California Hydrogen Business Council's comments to the Air Resources Board on the Volkswagen California ZEV investment commitment. We strongly support ARB's strong encouragement to VW to include hydrogen infrastructure and outreach. This is my second attempt to comment since my previous attempt was unsuccessful in uploading the attached file.
