The SJVCCC and its working group the SJVEVP notes that the past performance of Electrify America has exceeded several of the goals and strategies set forth in the Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 investment plans. The expansion and addition of efforts in the San Joaquin Valley included in the Cycle 3 plan will enhance our efforts to grow the market for EVs, which we know will improve air quality in disadvantaged, rural communities and extend health benefits to ALL of our citizens.
