Subject: Please move forward with the VW settlement

California and the environment desperately need these charging stations to exist. Please approve the VW settlement as it's been amended and let's begin building the charing infrastructure CA needs. Though you could also add that VW should greatly reduce the cost of their e-golfs as well for low income folks too. And also add some money overall to CA ZEV rebate program. Sincerely, Ryan MacPhee
