This Request is for a priority funding from J.W.Advanced Technology,,who have a project that the (E.P.A) referred to the (C.A.R.B , this is that Capture Tailpipe Soot,from Automobile or any Cumbuschable Engine, designed to Reverse CLIMATE change and GHG) from our Atmosphere,this filter system needs funding A.S.A.P I Can't Do this alone but I'll not stop at my quest. My mission statement is a Clean Atmosphere,A Clean Upper Respetory System. I hope and pray my Filter system make it a forced mTechnology and get funding to help the state of California move forward in building a Clean atmosphere back to year 2020. Thank you.
