Phyllip Nguyen asked on the Q&A during the ACT workshop if the fleet reporting date can be changed to April 1 since other regulations have March 1 deadlines. I'm seconding that request. I handle annual NPDES wastewater reporting to the State Water Resources Control Board for a large drinking water utility that will fall under the High Priority reg, and have to prepare over 50 reports that are due on March 1. Thanks
