September 6th I write to endorse, support, the settlement agreement with SoCalGas. And I strongly agree with establishing programs to reduce methane emissions from cows. Research is clear on their high methane numbers. It is time to develop and fund effective programs. Ronald O. Loveridge: UCR Director of Center for Sustainable Development.
