Regarding the settlement that has been proposed for Aliso Canyon SoCalGas. I feel that is totally inappropriate for the Central Valley to get part of the settlement. It should come back to the residents that have suffered in Porter Ranch, Granada Hills, And Chatsworth. The health settlement should get at least 40-50 million for a proper study. We are the ones that have suffered and who knows what willl happened in the future, look at the firemen and people that survived 911 and how they are all getting the cancers, etc. We could put good air filtration in our homes and schools so that we can breath clean air. We all know that once it closes Aliso Canyon, it is going to take years for the chemicals to come out of the soil up in those hills, it is in our yards, houses, furniture, carpets, floors etc. WE are still living in that. They would not clean our home as we did not move out (saving them money by not moving out) My pool had to be drained and resurfaced as who knows what was in that water and the pool walls. My house needs to be painted, deep clean floors and furniture. We are the ones that suffered and still suffering from this Blowout and you want to give the Central Valley the money, what are you thinking! I am so disappointed in the CUPC, Dogger and other representatives that are suppose to care about our lives especially Gov. Brown who had the authority to shut it down but instead though of their profits. Think about us the people for once and everyone do the right thing and keep the money in the community. I am sure those farmers with all those cows make plenty of money to collect their own farts and mitigate them!!! the fence line system needs to stay up for many years and that will costs more also along with a hood health study and air filters for our homes and schools as the ones we got during the blowout cost a fortune for new filters. Our government is failing us so do the right thing with the proposed settlement for us. The money needs to come back to the community that suffered.
