I'm writing to encourage you to reconsider the new AB617 program acronym, which now appears to be "CAPP." This is too easily confused with Clean Air Action Plans such as the San Pedro Bay Ports CAAP. I understand from SCAQMD that an airport CAAP is now under development. If the CAPP terminology is inflexible, please consider establishing a method to clarify when something refers to the program and when to the plans.
