I was wondering if AB617 would address highly impacted communities like Modesto that are clearly impacted by air issues but they are impacted severely due to almond production and the agricultural industry. Clearly there is a high exposure burden from particulates due to agriculture which has been exempt from these CARB rules. Seems unfair for this industry to get a pass while other industries hold the burden financially.
