Subject: Accelerate transition to all electric buses
Comment:
It is time to electrify all buses for the sake of the climate and public health. In Ventura County we want a mandate that tells Ventura County Transportation Commission to not buy any more diesel or LNG buses. We are pleased that Gold Coast Transit is looking in that direction including potential for solar charging at its new facility. We are not aware that the school districts are thinking about this.
