regarding the draft guidance for the Compliance Offset Protocol for
U.S. Forest Projects ("Forest Protocol") of the greenhouse gas
cap-and-trade program.
Our comments here focus on those sections of the guidance with
implications for the conservation of forest ecosystems and wildlife
