To Whom It May Concern, On behalf of the Los Angeles Alliance for a New Economy (LAANE), I am submitting a letter for the 2018 Funding Guidelines that encourages incentivizing the creation of family supporting good jobs and job monitoring systems that currently are not in place for GGRF investments.
