Please see the attached comments advocating for dividends to disadvantaged communities (and everyone else too). The current proposal is too complex for the public to understand what is going on. You want your beneficiaries to know they are beneficiaries. The California Climate Credit is a step in the right direction, but no one reads the back page of their utility bill. Just send them the money! Imagine the headlines. Imagine the shock waves it would send to Washington DC! I'm sure you could get Silicon Valley to support it (basic income is hot now). California can lead the way!
