Subject: CA Incentives For Ntaural Refrigerant Use

I am in favor of moving forward so that CA again leads the way is sustainability efforts relative to CO2 emissions. I am also in favor of other venue besides the supermarkets see the advantage of Natural Refrigerants Technology, and look forward to the future. Once there are more end users, the cost of production comes down. In addition, other Utility's will follow the lead and the rest of the US will become involved.
