Subject: Funding for SMBs in the Cap & Trade program

This is a request that you allow Funding for SMB's in the Cap and Trade Program. SMBs play a critical role in California and we do not have the luxury of large budgets to hire environmental consultants, do energy efficiency retrofits, or reduce GHG emissions without financial funding assistance. In addition to the above, I would like for you to consider startup companies may need additional support with seed money to help with solutions and that will help grow the green economy. Should you need any additional information or have questions for me, please let me know.
