Subject: Reduce Paperwork for Offsets
Comment:
GPI believes ARB is laying out a sound approach for approving offsets within the cap and trade program. We would suggest that the paperwork burden be minimized so it not be a barrier to conducting offset projects. We would also recommend that generic offset protocols be developed for those situations that don’t fit within the targeted protocols currently under development by ARB.
