Subject: a lot less polution on automobiles

It is hard to beleive that C.A.R.B. refuses to test the fuel cell that is part of Dutchman Enterprises which puts out a lot less pollution . Let's cut out the political bullshit and test the Hydro Assist Fuel Cell and lets really start loving our planet.
