Thank you for inviting the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) to participate in the California low carbon fuel standard (LCFS) advisory panel, and for giving us the opportunity to provide our top five priorities for the LCFS program, based on the thirteen issue areas already identified by the California Air Resources Board. BIO’s top priorities have been attached to this document.
