I was raised in Los Gatos in west Santa Clara County in the 1940s and 1950s and recall the dense smog days when even Mt. Umunhum was obscured from view from just the northwest side of town -- due to primarily vehicle exhausts and unregulated emissions. This is one of the greatest issues of our time, affection the health (and related health-care costs) of millions of Californians, young, old and in between. Please fight hard!!! Jay
