This looks like a letter requesting support for retaining the existing enhanced standards for 2022 and 2025. If that is the case, are you expecting having many people put their comments in? Are there strategies that you view will be effective against the US EPA? Is having leading environmental groups supporting this of help? Please advise on the best way to help CARB win this one. Thanks
