To the California Air Resources Board; Please cancel the Rice Cultivation Projects Compliance Offset Protocol and all existing and proposed Compliance Offset Protocols under the Cap-and-Trade Regulation. Carbon offsets are a greenwashing scam that more and more people are seeing through. We all need to REDUCE our carbon footprints, not palm off the responsibility to people in some other location. Carbon offsets should be excluded from California’s Global Warming Solutions Act AB32. Sincerely, Jude Todd, PhD
