The Eastern Coachella Valley is out of attainment for Ozone. What can the CARB do to improve the air quality in the ECV regarding Ozone? Are there local sources of Ozone that you can regulate? Can you regulate the urban areas of Southern California with a goal to reduce exposure to the Disadvantaged groups in the Eastern Coachella Valley? The Inland Empire and the Coachella Valley receive many negative Environmental Justice related contaminants as a result of being downstream of the Southern California logistics and industry area.
