On behalf of the undersigned groups, representing hundreds of thousands of consumers and thousands of farmers in California, we offer the attached comments in response to the Air Resources Board’s Short Lived Climate Pollutant Reduction Strategy Concept Paper. We look forward to further discussions with the agency on this important issue.
