Dear ARB, As a lifetime Sierra Club member, 30 year member of CRRA and a Recycling/Waste reduction professional, I am writing to express my concern for the inadequate weighing of recycling, composting and waste reduction benefits for reducing air emission. Virtually everything we do in my industry is aimed at resources conservation and pollution reduction. Landfilling, represents a failure of our society to address our waste issues, and is clearly incapable of addressing air emissions especially in the short term! Please give our waste reduction efforts a fair evaluation and assessment for air emission reductions, as outlined in the CRRA position letter. Sincerely, Bob Besso
