Attached are the comments of CTC Global, a California company headquartered in Irvine, on this DISCUSSION DRAFT of the 2030 Target Scoping Plan Update (DRAFT Update). Key Point: ARB should charge agencies reviewing electric grid activities to: “Increase the efficiency of the electric transmission and distribution system”. This is an effective GHG emissions reduction measure. Attached comments provide more details.
